Washing & Pressure Services

Plants, facilities, equipment, and rigs washed down properly, so what you own can be inspected, serviced, and handed over clean. Done around your crew and your schedule, not instead of them.

Why it matters

Clean equipment is inspectable equipment

A leak you cannot see is a leak you cannot fix. Corrosion under caked-on product does not show up on a walkaround. Washing is not cosmetic work on a lease or in a plant. It is what makes the next inspection, the next weld, and the next handover possible.

We bring the water, the pressure, and the crew, and we work around your operation instead of shutting it down. Same standard as every other Gentex job: a supervisor on location, proper PPE, and a jobsite safety analysis before we start. None of that adds a day to your schedule. The JSA takes a few minutes and it is what keeps our wash crew from getting in the way of yours.

Washing services

Plant & facility pressure washing

Process equipment, structures, floors, and equipment pads at chemical plants and industrial facilities washed down so an inspection, a turnaround, or a handover can actually happen.

Equipment pressure washing

Tank batteries, ASTs, pumps, compressors, separators, heater treaters, trailers, and shop equipment cleaned down to the paint so inspections and repairs are actually possible, and so a small find stays a small repair instead of a shutdown.

Pneumatic cleaning

Dry cleaning with compressed air for pneumatic trailers, silos, and dry-bulk equipment where water is the wrong tool and moisture is the problem.

Rig wash

Substructure, mast, floor, mud system, and matting washed down between wells when you need it.

Substructure, beams, and floor equipment cleaned on the lowboy and in the yard, so the next location gets clean equipment and nobody is scraping mud off it on the clock.
