Site & Environmental Cleanup
Ponds, pits, containment, cellars, pads, and plant yards, cleaned up, hauled off, and handed back in a condition you would be glad to have an inspector walk. Two things make our version shorter: our units pump settled solids that other trucks have to leave in the bottom, and where the location has somewhere to put that material, they can offload it right there instead of driving it somewhere else to unload.

Cleanup work across the location
One crew and one supervisor for the whole scope, from the containment berm to the far corner of the pad or the plant yard, one company accountable for how it is done and one mobilization to pay for.
Frac pond cleaning
Ponds cleaned with our purpose-built machine instead of a fleet of trucks and an excavator. See below.
Containment cleanup
Secondary containment, berms, and firewalls pumped down, washed out, and put back in a condition that passes an inspection instead of drawing one.
Pit cleans
Reserve pits, workover pits, and plant pits pumped out, including the settled solids in the bottom that a standard vacuum truck cannot lift, and the pit left ready for the next phase or for closure.
Cellar clean-outs
Fluid and solids pulled out of the cellar so the wellhead is visible, accessible, and safe to work around, and so the next crew is not working blind or working around it.
Sand plants & sand cleanup
We run standing work for sand plants across the region: spilled and blown sand recovered off pads and roadways, around silos, conveyors, and load-outs, and out of containment and settling ponds, then hauled off. On a plant, sand that gets away from you is lost product, a housekeeping finding, and a slip hazard at the same time; we keep it picked up without shutting your operation down to do it.
SWD cleanouts
Salt water disposal tanks and facilities cleaned out so injection capacity comes back and gauging is accurate again.
Wash bay clean-outs & sumps
Yard and plant wash bays, sumps, and interceptors pumped and cleaned so the bay keeps draining and the operation keeps running.
Site clean up
General location cleanup: trash, debris, spent liner, stray equipment, and residual fluid removed so the pad or the plant yard is ready to hand back.

Frac pond cleaning: one machine replaces six
Cleaning a frac pond the conventional way means an excavator, a loader, and a rotation of vacuum trucks: six pieces of equipment, six operators, and a location full of traffic for days.
We built a machine to do it with one. It works the pond, moves the solids, and loads out without the fleet. Fewer units on location means less traffic, less fuel, fewer people exposed, and a pond that finishes in a fraction of the time.
Our vacuum units are modified for this work in two ways that matter on a pond or a pit. They pump settled solids that ordinary equipment cannot lift, so the heavy material in the bottom actually comes out instead of being dug out later. And where the location already has somewhere to put that material, such as an open-top pit, a frac tank, a holding tank, or the pond itself, they can offload right there. The alternative is sending a loaded truck off location to find somewhere it is allowed to unload, and then waiting on it to come back.
That is worth asking about before the job starts, because when the material can stay on the location we can often cut the trucking out altogether: a shorter invoice and a lot fewer loaded trips in and out of your gate. When there is nowhere to put it, the material is hauled away by vacuum truck or roll-off, depending on what the site requires.
